WebJun 9, 2014 · So summoned here back and used console command reset AI, disable, enable. Serana did the same return to where she was stuck. Restarted the game with dawn guard disalbed. Got back into the game and saved with out Dawn guard. Reactivated Dawn guard summoned Serana and you guessed it of she went again. Web(No quotes) Close the console, they'll either die, or kneel down if they're part of a quest. Open the console, targeting them individually again and typing in 'resurrect'. For eg- if your follower ever died, and you revived them, you will need to ask then to follow you again. You can get the NPC ID via the wiki, or by using Skyrim help!
